Updates: 

October 2nd:

    1. Walk in’s are welcome
    2. Indoor seating is available
    3. Online orders are encouraged
    4. There is no mask mandate currently in place, but we do ask that you please follow CDC health guidelines while interacting in the shop.

March 29th:

    1. We will be open 3/29 and on from 6am-11:30am each day except for Mondays .
    2. For pre-orders please use our online ordering system
      • Submit order by noon the day prior to pick up. Sorry, no same day orders.
    3. We will have some doughnuts in the case but, selection and amount will be limited. 

March 23rd:

    1. We will be open 3/24-3/29 6am-11:30am each day.
    2. For pre-orders please use our online ordering system
      • Submit order by noon the day prior to pick up. Sorry, no same day orders.
    3. If you have any questions please call us during our business hours (6am-11:30am). Please do not leave a message (we will not be able to get back to you, Sorry)
    4. While you are taking your trip to Cranky’s please respect the 6 feet apart suggestion while in the shop as well as work with us on the 10 people in a gathering space as well. 
    5. Be prepared to wait outside the shop if you are coming during a “high traffic” time. 

March 22nd:

    1. Online ordering has resumed!
    2. Online ordering will be available till noon the day before only.
    3. Please read the quick information on our online ordering page before continuing to our online ordering site.
    4. We will be open as long as we can. We do not have plans of closing any time soon.
    5. We thank you for being understanding and working with us to get your orders filled and taken care of!

March 21st:

    1. Due to the high call demand we may not be able to get back to you. Orders placed on our machine will not be filled “Sorry” : (
    2. We are so great-full for all of the orders and the support that we are getting form our loyal Cranky customers.
    3. At this time we are cutting off all pre-orders and doughnut kit orders for Sunday March 22nd.

March 17th:

    1. Online ordering is suspended. (Technical difficulties)
    2. We will honor any order that has been placed
    3. Call us at 414-258-5282 and leave a detailed message or call tomorrow morning at 6:00am.

Dearest Cranky Al’s Customers & Friends, 

In this ever-changing situation, we will follow the guidelines from the CDC, WHO, and local government to prevent the Spread of COVID-19. As of Tuesday March 17, 2020 these temporary changes will apply:

    1. “To-Go”orders only for all food, doughnuts, and beverages (Full Menu available).
      • We are closing all in-cafe seating areas- customers will not be allowed to sit/stay inside Cranky Al’s. 
      • On-line Order available.
    2. Limited Hours 6am-11:30am
      • – Please check Facebook, Instagram, and our website for future updates. 

We will continue to communicate with you as information unfolds. We fully anticipate further adjustments to our operations in the days ahead. We Remain Committed to keeping Cranky Al’s Clean, sanitized, and safe for all staff and customers.  We care about all of you, please be safe and well.
